At TIW Machine & Fabrication, a ReNEW Manufacturing Solutions partner, we have eight press brakes that allow us to successfully complete jobs both large and small, all within the precise requirements of every client. Our press brakes range from 100 to 750 tons and have bed lengths of an impressive 17 feet. All eight machines are also equipped with the latest state-of-the-art CNC controlled back-gauges. This provides precision metal forming and press brake accuracy that others can't match. We’re ready to form, bend, and punch varying types of metal — in virtually any thickness — according to your specs.


Over the years, we've worked on both small and large formed parts for clients in a host of different industries. In terms of large parts, we formed stairs with formed steps using a 1/8" aluminum sheet. You can see more examples of our prowess at forming metal in the galleries below.
